General Policies
Cancellation Policy
Please plan accordingly for the weather. Pure Horse Play does not issue refunds for weather-related cancellations. If it rains we will call you to reschedule your appointment based on availability. If you are unable to reschedule at that present moment we will send you a voucher good for six months. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours advanced notice are non-transferable non-refundable.
Deposits for reservations on events or groups of 10 or more are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your group reservation we will issue a voucher at the value of which your deposit is made good towards any of our services. Once you confirm a number of people and make a deposit you will not be able to decrease the number of people in your party even if they are a no-show. You may, however, be able to add additional guests if availability permits.
This policy applies for cancellations or postponements made for any reason. One exception: You can always reschedule for an earlier date without penalty, but you can only reschedule (without penalty) for a later date IF you are doing so greater than 7 days prior to your reservation. Please plan accordingly.
Rider Requirements
Weight restrictions exist for riders who weigh 250 pounds (113kg) or more. If anyone in your party is over 250 pounds, please contact us for more information. All riders must also be physically and mentally fit to ride a horse to participate in our riding program. We must reserve the right to deny riding to anyone.
No Smoking Allowed. This includes electronic cigarettes and vapes.
Children
Children are welcome (ages 6 & up) parent(s) or guardian(s) responsible for supervision and safety of the children at all times.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Payments Accepted
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Card and cash. Checks may be used only if paying 14+ days in advance.
